Our students participated in theUtsunomiya Campus Tsukuba Challenge 2022

On Sunday, November 20, 2022, students belonging to the laboratory of Ken Yamane, a Senior Assistant Professor the Department of Department of Information and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Faculty of Science and Engineering and Technology, Teikyo University, participated in the Tsukuba Challenge 2022, which was held at Tsukuba City Hall (Ibaraki Prefecture). did.

The Department of Information and Electronic Engineering Division of Integrated Science and Engineering Graduate School of Science and Engineering is a technical challenge for mobile Faculty of Science and Engineering to run autonomously in the city of Tsukuba. and completed the 2.5km challenge course, achieving Milestone 3 of Autonomous Driving, “Completion (goal)”. Only 10 of the 60 robots that participated in the main run finished the race, demonstrating the university's accumulated experience and technical capabilities. We will continue our research toward the realization of flexible information processing in the real world.
