Food tells the story of life. Food embodies the rich culinary culture nurtured by the land and its people, offering the joy and happiness of savoring delicious meals. On the other hand, illness can alter dietary habits, leading to restrictions and anxieties for many. By weaving together these often-hard-to-articulate "food narratives," what kind of "ways of life" are these individuals trying to convey? Why not join us at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus, surrounded by lush greenery, and listen to these "food narratives"?
