Medical XR Development Training Course:Learn practical skills from Unity basics to VR/AR development (July-October 2026)

Date and time

July 7, 2026 (Tuesday) - October 13, 2027 (Tuesday)

Overview

This 15-session course provides practical learning on Unity Engine installation, basic operation, and workflows for generating 3D models from DICOM data using tools like 3DSlicer. We will jointly develop a smartphone app that displays 3D organ data created from CT scan data using AR, and a simulator for learning the procedure of cholecystectomy in a VR space, each project divided into 7 sessions with hands-on exercises. Archives of the course will be available throughout the course period, allowing you to take the course at your own pace and convenience.
