program
| Hour | Lecture content |
| 18:00~19:30 | [Lecturers] Go Hosoki (Senior Assistant Professor Okinaga Research Institute) and Masaki Sugimoto (Professor Okinaga Research Institute) [Theme] "Turning what you have into a weapon - Business development that leverages connections, experience, and information" (1) Understand the role and importance of "Executive Officers (CxOs)" The next thing needed after starting a business is the presence of "executors" who can translate the vision into practical actions. We will learn about the division of roles between the CEO (visionary) and CxOs (executive officers) and how to connect them, using real-world examples. (2) Understand where the "ideas" for business development come from. Ideas are not born from accidental flashes of inspiration, but rather from a structure that combines "cross-border experience" with "market observation." I will share methods derived from practical experience on how to transform a career in a different industry into a valuable asset. (3) You will be able to apply the design philosophy of "compound interest" to your own business. How do three types of compound interest—skills, connections, and information—chain together to accelerate results? I will share practical examples cultivated over 30 years of experience in a way that is reproducible. |
| 19:30~20:30 | Social gathering, Q&A session, and exchange of opinions |
