This is an exercise class for elementary school students Senior Assistant Professor by Professor Koji Yoshimi Okinaga Research Institute of Teikyo University. It takes place on a safe tatami mat and focuses on developing "protective movements" so that children can fall safely. The class hones the basics of running, turning, thinking, and bracing, and gradually progresses to movements that involve interacting with others. There is no competition to win or lose, and the class is tailored to each child's pace, allowing them to accumulate "I did it!" moments and develop a mobile body and a challenging spirit.
