2023 Teaching Profession Open ClassReflection

Date and time

Saturday, June 24, 2023 13:00-15:30

Overview

The importance of 'reflection' in the learning and growth of teachers has been mentioned for some time. At Graduate School of Teacher Education, we have repeated trial and error about "how to look back". This time, I would like to introduce a part of it, and I would like to think about the reflection that truly leads to the growth of teachers with everyone who participated.
The theme is "reflection that teachers look back at themselves". When we think of reflection, we tend to think about how to improve the class itself, the development of the class, or the behavior of the teacher for that purpose. But what we should really think about is ourselves, who conceived such a lesson, or acted in such a way. This time, I will propose such a reflection.
