Overview

“What is the nutritional intake method to increase muscle efficiently?” “What is the specific method of protein intake?”
At this conference, we will have teachers who are active on the front lines introduce the latest knowledge, and we will think about specific ways to apply it to daily nutritional support and meal selection. We welcome participation from dietitians, athletes, sports professionals, and anyone interested in body building.
