Overview
This is a class for couples to work together to prepare for a baby. Students and faculty members of the Graduate Course of Midwifery who are studying to become midwife will be in charge of the class.
It is okay for a pregnant woman to participate alone or for a couple together. We look forward to your participation.

2. Breathing and stretching for childbirth
