Kasumigaseki CampusTeikyo University Recurrent College SME Management Practical Lecture "Management Vitalization through Internal Innovation"

From September 27th (Tuesday) to November 1st (Tuesday), 2022, at the Kasumigaseki Campus of Teikyo University, a recurrent college small and medium-sized business management practice course (6 times in total) will be held under the general theme of "revitalization of management through internal innovation." ) was implemented.

In the first session, Mr. Yasuyuki Tanaka, Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Management of Tokyo SME Investment & Development Co., Ltd., explained how to use the company's resources to connect to new businesses and create innovation. In the second session, Ms. Ayaka Sugiyama, Managing Director of Kawakami Sangyo Co., Ltd., gave a lecture on how to proceed with product PR and public relations, which are important when developing a new business, and in the third session, Mr. Yohei Kubo, President and CEO of Lloyds Co., Ltd., introduced examples of DX utilization to improve sales performance by communicating closely with customers.
After that, Mr. Hiroyoshi Konno, Representative Director of Konno Manufacturing Co., Ltd., talked about the key points for small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce IT technology and start improving their operations, and Mr. Miharu Iwai, Chairman of Okukizaki Co., Ltd., talked about the philosophy that managers should have, how to share them within the company, and Senior Assistant Professors who are active in each fieldHe introduced various initiatives to improve management from a practical perspective with abundant examples.
In the 6th and final session, Chairman President Yoshihito Okinaga of our university Announcing that the university as a whole will focus on expanding recurrent education, Motohide Takeda, Faculty of EconomicsProfessor of the university, Sports BureauIn addition to Masayuki Iwade, Director General, Hideo Aomatsu, Representative Director of JPH Corporation, took the stage to discuss the requirements that are important for leadership and organizational development from their respective perspectives.

Throughout the course, lively discussions were held between the Senior Assistant Professor and participants, and they deepened their understanding of the strategies and points of view required in the field of SMEs that continue to grow, as well as the ideas and principles that form the backbone of these strategies.
