Improving team medical care and fostering specialists in community medicine

As medical science and medical technology advance dramatically, there is a need for a team medical care that meets the current situation of the community. The Fukuoka Faculty of Medical Technology trains medical professionals who can work at the forefront of advanced medical care. Students can learn specialties in each of the following departments: Department of Physical Therapy, Department of Occupational Therapy, Department of Nursing, Department of Medical Radiology, Department of Radiological Technology, Paramedic Course and Clinical Engineering Course at the Department of Medical Technology, and some common subjects with students from different departments to improve communication skills and learn Team Medical Care, which is essential for the future of medicine. We train specialists who can contribute to the community as medical professionals in an aging society.
