Secondary selection submission documents

Since the period from the announcement of the results for the first screening to the deadline for submitting the second screening documents is short, please prepare "English qualification certificate" and "Documents certifying the second type of aviation medical examination"Conformity"" in advance.

  1. English qualification certificate

    “Practical English Proficiency Test (Eiken) 1728 or higher (pre-2nd grade or higher)” *1, "GTEC (Advanced CBT) 680 or higher" *1, "IELTSTM (Academic Module) 4.0 or higher" *2, "TEAP (4 skills) 135 or higher" *2, "TOEFL iBT®42 or above" *2 Please submit a copy of a document proving any of the above.
    If the above documents also correspond to the eligibility for the English external test use system for the first selection,
    At the time of application, please submit a copy of the document certifying your eligibility (A4 size, portrait orientation). Comparing with the external English test system
    The documents submitted for eligibility will be accepted as "English proficiency certificates", so there is no need to submit them again.

  2. Documents certifying the second type of aviation medical examination "conformity"

    Please submit a copy of the Aircraft Flight Practice Permit. The procedure for obtaining an aircraft flight practice permit is as follows.

    a. Make a reservation for an aviation medical examination (cost of about 60,000 yen) with a designated organization and take the examination.
    b. Receive the "Aircraft Flight Practice Permission Application (valid for 1 month)" of the second type of aviation medical examination "conformity".
    c. Immediately after receiving the "Aircraft Flight Practice Permission Application", send it to the management airport office and apply for the "Aircraft Flight Practice Permission".

    • * Please make a copy of the "Aircraft Flight Practice Permission Application Form"before sending it and keep a copy .
    d. Receive the "Aircraft Flight Practice Permit" (it takes about one month after applying for issuance).

     

  3. Secondary selection pre-submission documents Application form

    After announcing the success of the first screening, log in to the Internet application site and download / print from the "Online Examination Voucher" in the My Page menu. Please fill in the required items on the printed "Application for Preliminary Submission for Secondary Selection".

If you take the same faculty / department / course for 2 different days for each period (Phase I / Phase II), the pass / fail judgment of the primary selection is as follows.

  • The "total score of the two subjects" and the "interview score" will be added up for each test date, and the day with the highest score will be adopted.

English External Examination System
If you meet the standard score of the English qualification/certificate test specified by our university, you can use the result of the external English test by applying at the time of application.
